1. Consultation Call

This is where we kick things off. We’ll discuss your vision, the space you’re thinking of, and any important details you want to share. If needed, we can arrange a site visit to see the space firsthand.

2. Securing Your Spot

Lock It In:
Once we’ve finalized the package details, you can secure your project’s spot in our schedule. Depending on your timeline, this requires a small design fee or a 50% deposit to officially get your project on our calendar.

3. Initial Design Call

Bringing Your Ideas to Life:
We’ll set up a video call to discuss the specifics of your simulator design and layout and any special requests you might have. Everyone involved will be part of the conversation to ensure we’re all on the same page.

4. Design Phase

See It Before It Happens:
Our design team will deliver design plans and a portfolio of samples to give you a clear picture of the layout, dimensions, and every detail.

5. Site Readiness Call

Final Check Before Installation:
Before we send everything your way, we’ll have a video call to ensure your space is ready for installation and all parties involved will be briefed on responsibilities.

6. Installation & Training

Bringing It All Together:
Installation typically takes 4 to 5 days, depending on the project’s size. After we set everything up, we’ll calibrate the system and give you hands-on training so you can dive right in and enjoy your new simulator from day one.
